President / Co-owner

Cruise Artistes International, LLC was founded by Glyn Bailey and is now co-owned by Glyn and his wife, Anne. Glyn is a seasoned professional with a show business career dating back to 1973. After successfully performing in theatre (including the original London production of ‘Evita’), cabaret and T.V. in his native country of England, Glyn spent seventeen years as a solo cabaret performer and piano vocalist with some of the world’s finest cruise lines – including Norwegian Cruises, Royal Viking, Seabourn and Radisson Seven Seas (now Regent Seven Seas). For part of this time, he also held the position of Cruise Director. Upon returning to dry-land, Glyn was appointed Manager of Enrichment Programs for Silversea Cruise Line and then Manager of Entertainment for Delta Queen Steamboat Company (now American Queen Steamboat Company). This shore-side perspective gave him an even deeper insight and knowledge of the cruise industry and the day-to-day running of a cruise ship entertainment department. Glyn’s in-depth knowledge of the cruise industry and its specialized needs, means that CAI can be relied upon to supply the right entertainment product for any cruise line. Glyn studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He holds several degrees in music, including a Masters in Songwriting from Bath Spa University in England. Lorenzo and Lady C – Glyn’s musical based on the life of the notorious English novelist, D.H. Lawrence, has had seven professional productions to date, including its London West End debut in 2013.  For Glyn’s personal website, please go to:
